Welcome to FOSSI.
FOSSI stands for Friends of St Saviour’s Infants. We are a group of parents and carers who have children throughout the nursery and school. We organise fun fundraising events across the academic year as well as welcome events for new parents and other nice things! All money raised enables the school to enhance the learning and play experiences of all the children, through equipment, trips and enrichment events.
The current FOSSI committee includes Kate Clarke (Co Chair) ; Sherri Nickson (Co Chair) ; Kate Stratford (Treasurer) ; Annemarie Dewar-Smith (Secretary) and each class has one or two reps. We are always looking for volunteers to help organise and deliver events, if this is something you are interested in or you have other skills which could really benefit the PTA, or any ideas and suggestions, please do contact us email@example.com
What’s happening this term:
The big event this term is the Christmas Fair on Saturday 1st December, 11AM – 1PM. This is one of the biggest fundraisers for the school and we need lots of help and support to deliver it. Posters with requests for support and volunteer sign up sheets are outside each classroom. Please speak to your class rep about how you can support this fun event.
There will be a Christmas Carols event in the playground on Thursday 20th December, 5.30 – 6.30PM, a lovely opportunity for children and their grown ups to come together and celebrate the end of the Christmas term. More information will be shared nearer the time.
We really hope you enjoy getting involved with FOSSI events over the year.
